		By Andrew Bone Scout.com Date: Mar 6, 2008 Josh Berard, Scout.com two-star linebacker from Torrance-El Camino, (Calif.), was set to attend the University of Colorado, but that changed after he took a visit to Manhattan in December. Berard switched his commitment and signed his letter of intent with Kansas State.
