A Major Shake-up within Kansas State Administration has been announced with the suspensions of Jim Epps and Bob Cavello.

KStateFans has learned that both Bob Cavello and Jim Epps have been placed on administrative leave. Early Wednesday morning both Cavello and Epps were suspended by Kansas State and the reasoning for such a move was not given.

“Earlier this afternoon, I informed Jim Epps and Bob Cavello of my decision to place them on administrative leave with pay until further notice. This decision is not based upon any concerns about misconduct on the part of either individual. As is practice with personnel matters, we will have no further comment at this time.”

It is highly speculative at this point as to why these suspensions were made but there are rumors circulating that these suspensions have something to do with the allegedly secret agreement to pay $3.2 million to fired football head coach Ron Prince, which Kansas State is contesting in court.

No further statement or reasoning was given for these suspensions.
