Had the best game of his career at Colorado in which he set career highs in catches (2), yards (64) and longest catch (40)... His 40-yard reception set up K-State's second touchdown, while he had a diving 24-yard catch in the third quarter... Hauled in his first career touchdown reception at Kansas, a 13-yarder... Caught one pass for 13 yards against UCLA and another pass for eight yards vs. Missouri State.

2009: Saw time in two-tight end sets in all 12 games... Made his first career reception against Tennessee Tech, a 16-yarder... Carded a career-long 21-yard reception against Texas A&M... Finished the season with two catches for 37 yards.
