Returning starter at tight end who has terrific hands as a pass catcher and continues to improve as a blocker.
2010: Appeared in all 13 games, starting 10 at tight end... Totaled seven catches for 103 yards and one touchdown... Had the best game of his career at Colorado in which he set career highs in catches (2), yards (64) and longest catch (40)... His 40-yard reception set up K-State's second touchdown, while he had a diving 24-yard catch in the third quarter... Hauled in his first career touchdown reception at Kansas, a 13-yarder... Caught one pass for 13 yards against UCLA and another pass for eight yards vs. Missouri State.
2009: Saw time in two-tight end sets in all 12 games... Made his first career reception against Tennessee Tech, a 16-yarder... Carded a career-long 21-yard reception against Texas A&M... Finished the season with two catches for 37 yards.
