Signee Spotlight: Tyler Davidson

After attending three different high schools in two different states during his prep career, Tyler Davidson is glad to become part of the K-State football program even if he had to wait an extra year. Davidson, who graduated in May of 2010 from Jenks High School in Oklahoma, accepted a grayshirt offer and enrolled at Kansas State in January. It's been a long road to Manhattan.

"Actually my parents moved to Jenks from Colorado my senior year of high school," Tyler Davidson said. "I only played in four games at defensive end and tight end. After Coach (Allen) Trimble resigned I didn't play anymore. I stayed and practiced with the team until the end of the season."
